Our Community Meetup
Every meeting includes a chance for you to practice meditation. No prior experience, special equipment or special clothes are necessary – just come as you are. All meditation is done sitting on chairs. Meditation usually lasts about 15-20 minutes. We have several experienced meditators that can help you. Learn more about meditation.
Discussion and Tea
Every meeting we discuss a new topic. A topic is emailed out each week before the meeting. Topics of discussion include, Mediation, Philosophy, Religion, Society, Individual, etc. Individuals in the community are welcome to suggest topics. Discussion usually lasts for about an hour. The goal of this community is to learn from each other.
